Wire Drawing Machine
Wire drawing is a multi-pass die drawing process that gradually draws the wire thickness down to a desired target diameter through straightening the coil (coiled metal wire) and removing the surface oxide layer and impurities, which readies the wire rod for cold-forging production (heading).

Heading Machine
Head forming is when the metal wire rod material is cut and formed through die mold punching to create various shapes of screw heads. Depending on the client’s requirement for steel material & dimensions of the screw, different die molding & raw material will be used during this cold forging process.

Threading Machine
Thread forming occurs through a cold rolling process where two high-hardness rolling plates (dynamic plate & stationary plate) extrude the heading material to create external threads of a screw.

Heat Treatment Line
Heat Treatment improves the hardness, strength, and wear resistance of the screw by adjusting its internal structure. The screw is heated to an appropriate temperature and maintained for a period of time to rearrange the grains inside the metal, and then quickly cooled to fix a new structure. This process significantly improves the load-bearing capacity and service life of the screw

Electroplating Line
Our electroplating process delivers dual benefits: robust protection and visual appeal. It creates a durable barrier against acids, alkalis, and corrosion, ensuring long-term reliability. Additionally, the enhanced surface hardness reduces friction and wear, improving both the installation efficiency and the operational durability of the screw.

Hydrogen Embrittlement Line
Dehydrogenation is achieved through vacuum or thermal heating, allowing trapped hydrogen to diffuse to the surface and escape. This critical process eliminates the risk of hydrogen embrittlement, preserving the fastener's strength and toughness. Without this treatment, screws are prone to sudden failure under load. Therefore, strict dehydrogenation protocols are mandatory for high-stress applications to guarantee operational safety.
